Definitely a good display from Joshua think Wallins corner made that call to save their fighter from prospective damage.

I would have let him go at least couple more rounds.

Throws it up in the air now with Wilder losing. Looking at what he said I wonder if he might call it a day.

        On Wilder :

With his comments of how he's looked after his money, maybe this was just a boost my investments fight.

He needs a couple journeyman fights to get up to par and then decide on a top opponent, that is unless as you

suggest maybe he'll call it quits.

Obviously in my opinion AJ is too egotistical to call it until he gets Fury or Usyk to regain his belts.

This fight card has shown how short of talent we truly are in the heavyweight division.

And back to your atmosphere remark, when Aj was performing for the crowd their

was very little response which i deemed odd given his performance in the ring.

As you said totally different atmosphere in Vegas or London.

You're right about the division. It's low on quality. If the fights arent real slug fest's like the Fury Wilder trilogy they can and often are quite boring.
Cruiserweight is much more exciting but doesn't get the coverage or glamour.

Wilder should have had a tune up fight or maybe two before this. Parker was a bridge too far after being inactive for two years.
I hope he comes back with renewed enthusiasm. He's a good guy to have in the division but at 38 you wouldn't blame him for wrapping in.

Apparently he has decided not to retire and return to the ring sometime in 2024.

I see Anthony Joshua has agreed on a fight with Francis Ngannou in Saudhi around March 8th.

There is a possibility that Wilder vs Zhang could be on the undercard......but hasn't yet been agreed.

There has been a simulated fight between AJ and Ngannou made for viewing it's in the Octogon called UFC 4.Although in the

Octogon under UFC rules, they just stand up boxing. It's quite good for the time it lasts even though most fans won't like the

outcome.......but hey it's only a simulated fight.over 5 rounds, they will be fighting 10 rounds in a boxing ring in March.

The big Dosser has pulled of the fight after getting a bad cut above the eye.

"Really surprised at that". Said nobody.
He's been too quiet for this not to have happened, less than a fortnight before and no social media bullshit like what he usually does.
An elbow in sparring has caused that cut? Who the hell was he fighting.

With a pull-out game that good, it's amazing that he has managed to conceive children.

Yeah watched it at local bar..I wanted the big dosser to win and up till round 6 I thought he was ahead on points....But Usyk took control after that...Never a split decision IMHO...Usyk a clear winnner.....

How did the ref not stop that fight? 14 unanswered punches. Should have been stopped not a standing count.
