No it's a weakness, standards go down, min wage is more common--- and no need to pay people more because people certain people would work for 10 pounds if they could.

Had a christmas bonus etc for doing overtime before this christmas, nah not this christmas, don't need to provide incentive enough pakistani's who stink in the summer and rude as fuck, and africans that'll do it anyway for whatever.

Violence on the up, sexual assaults on the up, filthy streets standards dropping by the month.

    Shoot the boats.

I best not check this topic again #Reform

It depends on what kind of diversity you are talking about.

A team is made up of players with diverse skills - goalkeeper, striker, left back

We currently have players from diverse backgrounds: Japanese, Muslim, Hungarian, even Scouse.

BUT there shouldn't be diversity in fitness/quality, otherwise we'll win nothing.

AND they should all have one belief in football - culturally. It would be a problem if the players all had diverse beliefs about how football should be played - like if one player expects to play long ball and another tiki taka, one player zonal marking and another 352, or one 442 and another 433...that would be a fking mess.

The team need to be all on the same page, otherwise they are just a diverse bunch of randoms running around.

It was off topic. Not really about football

Or a question. Or a social statement. Or a far right opinion. Or...just a question

Mine was a metaphor, as I said it depends what kind of diversity you are talking about.

Where I live in the last few years there are a lot of new migrants bringing 'diversity' which has some strengths but it also brings some problems of adapting and it changes the community, whether we like it or not.

Diversity can make serious changes to a community's culture.
As someone has said previously- if we go to a foreign country, we expect to follow the laws and such of that country.
As opposed to that, some people coming into the UK expect us to bend over backwards and change our laws to suit them.
Are we too soft and pliable in the UK?
There's too much confusion, I can't get no relief

We’re not a Christian country either most dont align to Christian values many have never sung a hymn read a prayer or set foot inside a Church, these aren’t necessary to be Christian but ppl continually vote based on single policy nonsense rather than for the Greater good

When we were a Christian country we believed in and had strong commmunities and after WW2 voted for a better life for everyone for the greater good and look at how and why people vote now and how happy they are to vote all that away.

Diversity is our Strength is broadly a mixed race supremacy slogan.
Anti-racism is the politics of colonisation.

We live in an era where there is ony 1 focus with 2 errors.
1 you gas the juice, very bad.
2 you kill actual diversity and indigenous culture, very bad.
As a matter of principle the invader is most culpable.

In Ireland due to colonisation the language is dead.
But we need to house the world's needy, including refugees from nato wars, to keep German & American pension/vulture funds healthy.
