The verdict was described as "imminent" two days ago so it's anyone's guess

Do you think pep would have stayed if something was going to happen ?

Do you think they'd spend that much in january? or maybe that's why transfer ban incoming?

They'll probably spend another 300m in summr.

    Relegation...?

Then they can claim they haven't bothered this season...

Then right back up - and continue as they were.. Probably the worst they get IF they get anything meaningful at all.

I know - but that’s about the biggest baddest most outlandish punishment they will get. Relegation is always an option - happens in Scotland and in Italy. Any money they get fined will be meaningless and I can’t see any way they get titles stripped..

They will get little to no meaningful punishment. Unfortunately when big business and big money is involved in some kind of wrongdoing, justice and adequate punishments often go out of the window.

The above is magnified when politics enters the chat. Government officials had words with their UAE counterparts at the UAE embassy shortly after Man City had charges levied against them. This meeting was to 'discuss' these charges and any potential punishments Man City could be handed if found guilty.

Unfortunately this means that Man City will relatively speaking get off scot-free. The same kind of thing is why the Saudi takeover of Newcastle was allowed to go through.

They will get a fine and that will coincide with a shake up in the PL with Masters stepping down.
