He has already shown maturity and composure beyond his years, both on and off the pitch. He has a great work ethic and is always looking to improve his game, which bodes well for his future development.

With his raw talent and potential, Nunez has the ability to become one of the best strikers in the Premier League in the coming years. I have high hopes for him, and if he continues to develop at his current rate, he could be a key player for the club for many years to come.
You sound like his agent mate...lol I really think he is the real deal...

Just pointing out his best attributes. People often focus on the negatives. At 23 he has serious potential and looks like a perfect replacement for Mane.

So many chances Nunez has made.
    Looks a very creative player.
Pace, and vision, very positive 1st season.
Pity he hasn't also got 10 more goals which he could have had.
Much better player than Haaland. If comparisons are needed.

He needs to learn to play the LFWD role as Mane used to play it, Diaz did that all by himself, without possessing the same power and pace Mane had, he should really be coached to play that role far better as he has in general been far FAR better when playing from the left for us, but I thought he was really disappointing v Real, he didn't track Carvajal's foray forwards nearly well enough as he usually does in games and he didn't provide the width or outside in runs nearly as frequently or as well as he has done in other games

Nunez will be a great player, but he has to be coached to learn the LFWD role properly and play it consistently

I see him as a forward who can play anywhere across the front line for us, coached properly and given time in each role, he can in time add a different dimension to the false 9 role with his runs and pace as he can lay it off to the mid or full back either side from No9 and the LFWD or RFWD can draw the defender by moving to come short for Nunez to spin and run in behind down either flank to be released

All needs a lot of coaching, of all the players involved and assistance from the video analysis team and it's long overdue our coaches and the video analysis team started earning their fucking money in my opinion

Within the next few weeks we're going to be in the ridiculous situation where we have 6 x £40m forwards to choose from.

That's no bad thing... Frankly IF we can defend, even at mid table level, that should make a HUGE difference to the points we take.

That said, the entire team needs to do plenty on the training field first.

Stick a 3 in midfield, job done.

Klopp arguably built his first side from the front and we seem to be doing so again.

Purchasing Gakpo (over a mid) in January had (and still has) a massive question-mark on it but if we nick 4th in the end then go onto buy quality fit+healthy midfielders in the Summer it will end up looking a justification of the calculated gamble after the mistakes of the Summer.

Paul Tomkins claims we made a last-ditch effort for Caicedo but that Brighton wouldn't entertain business as it was left so late. Would love to see the alternate universe where we got him, having acted more quickly - or even one where Melo was fit to help rotate.

Chris Pajak gave a funny analogy about our activity when we couldn't get Tchouameni (chose Real) or Bellingham (Dortmund wouldn't sell in the same window as Haaland) where he said words to the effect of "if you go to Tesco to buy a chicken for Dinner and they don't have one, you don't simply go Home and buy no Dinner - you buy an alternative" which did make me chuckle.
