Agree with you on the price. It's a big risk.

Transfers in many cases are just bidding wars. I don't think we'll match or better £55m for him. We'll probably look elsewhere.

why are you blaming FSG?? i usually do. but this time its down to recruitment. they messed up on Lavia no one else.

I think one of the issues with Lavia is Man-city getting 20% of the sell on fee (i think thats the case) they'll get 10/15 million if thats true.

And I should add, I think 50mil is too much for a 19year old with 29games under his belt. Always said that. But if we go back with a 55mil bid, we look stupid., again.

I just read it's 20% of the profit, he cost £10m so it means £10m to City and £50m to Southampton. Nice.
