Fk all to do with policing it although they do in the main keep those fixtures away from Monday nites. If we were top of the league and playing and winning first every weekend be loving other feeling pressure to catch up.
Use to be the case. not sure now since China have lost the rights. If LFC were to get more revenue for that kick off time then thats fair.. Not sure if they??

It’s all fine for the rest of the league voting for taking the money when they know damn well it’s not them who will have to play at 12.30 on a Saturday

    It’s getting ridiculous

Robs so many people of their peak years in all walks of life.

Absolutely brutal. Best of luck to him. Should anyone wish to reach out any time on the matter my PMs are open.

What an ass twat of a club, supported by absolute brain dead moronic tossers they really are. Long may chaos reign on and off the pitch for the rapist employing morally bankrupt fuckwits.

Qatari banker Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani has withdrawn from the process to buy Manchester United, BBC Sport has been told.
Sheikh Jassim had bid Ł5bn for the club but further talks this week have broken down.
The Glazer family, who bought United for Ł790m in 2005, announced in November 2022 they were considering selling.
British businessman Sir Jim Ratcliffe's Ineos Group was the other main bidder.
Sources have told BBC Sport, Ratcliffe is now hoping to conclude a deal for a minority stake in the club, thought to be 25%.

Earlier this month BBC Sport reported Ratcliffe was considering whether to offer to buy a minority stake in the club in an effort to break the impasse over the ownership situation.

The Glazer family's announcement last year that they were considering selling United led to a flurry of interest but only two offers, from Ineos and Sheikh Jassim.

Both tabled bids of about Ł5bn.

Sheikh Jassim's camp have always maintained he was only interested in buying the club outright.

And a cash sale aswell. Absolute madness not to sell, considering the amount of money needs spent on the whole club stadium and all .
Maybe they've shares in the Norwich scarfs and they're not losing out on that !!

This is hardly "news" but I most certainly wasn't going to open a whole new thread for it.

David Unsworth turned 50 yesterday. He was the youngest player on the Everton side that was victorious over Man United in the 94/95 FA Cup Final.

By extension, we can truthfully state that no player under the age of 50 has won a trophy with Everton.

The "great reset" can't come soon enough for them I feel. Sincerely, if we became a club that barely survived being in the League season after season and couldn't shift over-paid players, I'd want to drop down to the Championship and win that with a leaner squad of younger lads to reinvigorate some life into following the team.

Biting your nails every week from February onwards purely to stay up (as opposed to the shredded nerves of a title race) must be pretty grim for followers of a club that has been in the top Division for so long.
