Wharton is highly rated but Palace would demand silly money because he’s only been with them for 5 mins.

Ditto. A future star for sure, problem is he's only just gone to Palace. Don't see him leaving just yet.

I think Gomez will leave to Newcastle and we may have an agreement to sign Gordon next season. Just my opinion..

We need a bargain - Henry is down to his last 19 bathrooms at one of his residences. Perhaps it’s about symmetry but my hunch is he just can’t afford one with 20

I,m not worried about the 'lack of signings' There is still a month left of the window. Slot has had a great time to work with the squad, see who he likes, where the youngsters are really at.
I think we will do some business when the squad is back from America and all the others return.
I feel sure we will bring in a six (Wharton would be good I think. I've seen him as a player only, don't know anything about him as a person, is he a bellend? boyhood man u fan? An agent who is a twat? A dodgy social media posts etc?)
I have a feeling Diaz will go and we will replace him (I like Eze from Palace, but that is going to be silly money I think).
Gomez been a great servant but he is only good at full back. Suspect as a centre back and he once had a dreadful cameo when he stepped in to be 6. Good luck to him if and when he leaves.
I think we have four dependable centre backs. Quansah is on his way to becoming a beast, and Van den Berg looks like a much better player than the one who played weakly for us a couple of years ago.

Quite right too, the lad is worth a huge amount more than that in today’s market.
