I think a club of Liverpool’s size and stature should be easily spending Ł60m+ on a summer transfer window (unless the previous season we won absolutely every trophy available and you could argue the squad is perfect) and that is excluding any monies generated by sales.

Would you have a ball-park figure per Summer window in mind, net?

No judgement at all if you wouldn't - every window we have different needs, so I can understand the amount varying.
Why are you asking me what we should spend?? some money would help?? players do cost.

I had asked jr81 initially, which you then quoted and responded to, so I thought I would extend the asking the question to you as well.

Improve the team where it is needed. Improve the squad where it is needed.
    Trim the squad of deadwood.

Exactly Sid, every window is different so you can't put money on it. However this window I would have expected a few players in. At what cost I don't know. But I'm more for improving the team and squad over actual monetary value.

For example of we sold 5 players but bought 3 for the same amount. Those 3 were 2 improvements if the team and 1 improvement in the squad with a net spend of 0. I would be happy.

Same question back to you. What do you see as a good window?

Last year the fume was at not buying Caicedo. This year whoever. Next year, someone else.

Goldfish in a bowl. I don't know why you bother "supporting" the club.
