Absolutely ridiculous, if we have genuinely been offered Ł70m for Nunez, take it and bring a CF in who knows where the goal is ffs
Slot on Jota
"There's no doubt about the fact he is important player for us," he said. "He was not in training yesterday so we have to see today where he is.
"It's not sure that he will be available for tomorrow. He felt a little niggle during half-hour he was in (against Forest), he could finish the game but he was complaining (about it) after it. That's why he didn't train on Thursday."
Sounds like he might have dodgy sat nav too
Biggest issue for me is the twat of a ref Madley. He will ruin the game...
Cleaning up the Scots since the 13th century
If Jota is unavailable this weekend, and thinking outside of the box personally I would not be averse to trying Chiesa in the No9 spot for the last 30mins of a game.
Chiesa is clearly technically brilliant, he certainly knows where the goal is and his link up play I believe is as good as Jota and Diaz, and given his current fitness levels and taking that into account it could be argued that the physical demands as a link up No9, rather than an out and out No9, are not as great as playing out wide… in many respects I would suggest he could well be viewed as a watered down version of Firmino…
Can you imagine the impact a prime Firmino would have in our current far more technically gifted squad… 😁
Hey ho, let the abuse begin… 😝😎
No need to worry lads ,Darwin is back from suspension
Jota is a great player but injured AGAIN after coming on as a sub. Unbelievable…..
All players pick up injuries but I do wonder if he's one of those players who some say Sturridge was like. He gets a ridiculous amount, you'd imagine he along with Nunez will be under the microscope at the end of the season.
He doesn't provide value for money despite how good he is when fit.
