Apart from Endo, the subs today Nunez, Elliott and Chiesa had little or no positive impact today..not quite sure why Danns was used in midfield apart from giving him minutes… but at least it gave Szobo, Gravenberch, Gakpo and Diaz some time to avoid chance of injury and reduce mins on the pitch…

Great result, Bournemouth have done us a big favour… next weekend looks like its going to a real challenge against them after they have easily despatched both Newcastle and Forest in consecutive weekends.

TBF Arsenal showed spirit today by winning when they were reduced to 10 men…, hey ho cannot expect the likes of Wolves to do us a favour even when they do have the benefit of an extra man…

At least we can all now sit back and relax, enjoying our win and hopefully end up watching Chelsea and City have a real ding dong battle and fingers crossed they both drop 2 points … LOL !!

Easy tiger… in the previous games Arne’s subs have all helped us over the line, in todays game I just think we lost a bit of momentum and control, it wasn’t a criticism of any of them in particular, just an observation…

Your right, Chiesa came on in the 86min, which is not enough time to expect any meaningful impact, but we did play an extra 5 mins…. just saying lol !!

Chiesa should have been on for Diaz on the hour Diaz did fuck all as usual Chiesa released Nunez who fucked it up I think, one touch hit an incisive pass that should have seen Nunez clear as I recall & he miscontrolled

Diaz always flatters to deceive he looks busy, does a few good looking things works hard but he delivers zero end product far too much of the time overplays over dribbles takes an extra touch to see the chance to shoot or play a team mate in gone I’d play Gakpo at No9 & Chiesa ahead of Diaz all day every day

I’d actually consider selling Diaz as he has zero end product & fucks up promising moves far too frequently, he was bought to replace Mane for fucks sake & he’s not even 10% of the player Mane was

The issue we had after the subs was a midfield issue, he subbed all 3 & out Danns in there & the press & counter press of our starting three mids that had stopped Ipswich playing out went to complete shit

No to be fair I get what your saying the subs have had a big say in recent games , probably a bit of frustration chiesa only had 4 mins , I think he could potentially be our best player in the front 3 with salah , I get they are managing minutes but it seems excessive considering he’s played half hour a few times
