The Oliver version of what was said, bears little resemblance to Slot’s version.

That means that unless Slott's lips could be read, there is no conclusive proof as to what was said and it's just a case of 'he said, she said'. The FA maintained that AS' language and words were as reported by the Match Officials. However, the FA argued that this discrepancy didn't make a material difference to the sanction, in any event, given the words used still constituted AS acting in an improper manner, and AS accepts the same.
"It should be noted that AS does not dispute stating 'f****** disgrace" to the Assistant Referee.
"AS acknowledged that his actions were unacceptable and let his frustrations get the better of him due to him believing that certain key decisions made by the Match Officials did not go LFC's way.
The above is from the FA report. So they are saying we believe Olivers version. But even if slot didn't say that, it doesn't matter anyway cos his action were inappropriate.

How about looking at Oliver's bias refereeing in the game?? you know HONESTY? he was a shambles and totally up the toffees backside for 90+ minutes
