Sesko played in the Euros last year. Looked really good but I don't think he actually scored many. Like Miller says Arse have been linked fur ages.

When thinking of a player always think of him fitting into the system, a real punt would be Justin kluivert , I think he’s a proper player a real all rounder who can assist and finish and scores some great goals , when I see him he reminds me a bit of coutinho, I would love to bring someone like him in

Premier League side Liverpool are closing in on the signing of Wolves midfielder Joao Gomes amid links to Man Utd, according to reports.

The Reds have had a brilliant season in the Premier League under Arne Slot with the Dutchman leading them to top spot in the table after 29 matches.
And now Liverpool are wasting no time in lining up deals for the summer with reports in Brazil (via Anfield Watch) claiming that the Reds are ‘close to sealing’ a deal for Wolves midfielder Gomes.

‘They suggest several major European clubs want to sign Gomes, as well as Manchester United, who currently sit 14th in the Premier League. It’s Liverpool, though, who lead this race.

‘The Flamengo outlet is reporting on this because of a heft sell-on clause in Gomes’s contract. He joined Wolves from the Brazilian giants, who now stand to make 14 per cent on any profit in his sale.

‘They’re also talking about a sale of around €60m (Ł50m) – that’s a large chunk of change for Flamengo.’

Liverpool are all set to beat Newcastle - in the battle for Crystal Palace centre-back Marc Guehi.
There is a Kop-Toon confrontation on Sunday in the Carabao Cup final at Wembley. But they are also rivals for England’s Guehi, 24, and it’s understood that Liverpool is the preferred destination for the Palace defender.
Mirror Football can also reveal that Newcastle are aware of that, too, and a deal to take Guehi to Anfield is expected to be struck in the summer. The main rivals to the Premier League leaders now look to be Chelsea, where Guehi started his career.

Liverpool, though, are favourites for cup success on Sunday and are also in pole position for Guehi, whose contract expires in June 2026.

The 24-year-old could be a direct replacement for Virgil van Dijk, who confirmed in midweek that he doesn't know where he'll be playing his football next season. Van Dijk, like team-mates Trent Alexander-Arnold and Mo Salah, has entered the final three months of his deal at Anfield.

Liverpool have made contact with people close to Newcastle and striker Alexander Isak, says transfer guru Fabrizio Romano.

Means no chance of getting him then

He’s good but not Torres/Suarez good and he’s not always fit. I’m not convinced we should blow our entire tin o’beans on him to be honest
