    Could he have defended better?...yes..
Could have have stayed and not gone for his dream move?...yes..

But the guy is a legend really. Give him a nice send off
I agree. Grown men booing are an embarrassment.
Even if they don't agree or are bitter about it booing him at a match says more about them than anything else.

Absolutely guarenteed he'll get booed. Unfortunately the world is full of dickheads.

Sad that he's decided to play for another club. Annoyed that he's ran down his contract and we're not going to get anything for him.

But he was/is part (and an interal one at that!) of the best side we've seen for 35 years. Will leave with a few domestic cups, a European Cup and couple of League titles. I can't 'hate' someone that's contributed so much.

    But dickheads be dickheads...

No but seriously if Conor is fit or when he regains fitness, I hope Slot goes with him as the default starter for that RB position for the remainder of the season.

Not as a slight against Trent per se, but rather because we need to move on as a club from him and this is an open window for Bradley to make his bid for that position as his going forward as the club seeks a replacement for Trent in the summer.

Also I hope we dispense with the "assistant Captain" nonsense that we only did because the club were trying to coax him to stay.

    Clearly that failed.
It would also be unbecoming having someone moving on in the summer supposedly having that title.
