Watch the video I posted - see what you think… We actually don’t have anyone else who can do what he does. Barcelona generally go for top quality players. Gakpo is decent but top sides will nullify him far more easily imo
thank you it's just a interesting topic and what peoples views are

Personally don't think there's much between them apart from Salah

    A TierSalah
B Tier Diaz,Gakpo,Jota (Jota normally.. not lately)
    C Tier Chiesa, Nunez.
    D tier- The kids.

    Midfield
B tier, Grav Mac, Szob (Grav has been very close to A, the midfield is awesome but I wouldn't say anyone is "world class" if i'm being strict on the saying "world class"

C Tier, Jones,Elliot,Endo (Needs upgrading at least one player B or even better world class the 3 above can't play every game)
    D the kids

    Def
    A tier VVD
B Tier Trent, Robbo, Konate Gomez (robbo hanging on prob C next season)
C Tski Quansah Bit harsh on bradders but putting him here for now he's nearly at B tier just needs a few more games.
    D the kids

    no point bothering with goalkeepers.

At least we don't have many "D" tier players apart from youth unlike back in the day...

Obviously A tier- is world class, otherwise more would be there.

We could do with a, A tier forward with salah situation and probs another B- another B tier midfielder, or a top top one, but I doubt that's likely. same as the defense

I know it's a weird way to do things, but it's my way, and just my opinion*

Also i've not took injury prone players into account- otherwise they'd have ranked less, and probably should be in the C tier if that's a factor, but i'm not including that as one.

Yep - a tier A forward will cost us north of Ł130 million tho. Talking Virgil levels of spend but....up top... and it costs the earth for a ready made WC specialist. Be it fee or wages or both.

With our model - that leaves sweet FA for the other areas in urgent need.

    ....

Going to be one interesting summer. Edwards can't hide behind Hughes for long.

Next season is going to be a struggle.

FSG aren’t going to stump Ł200 - Ł300m for new players.

If any of Mo or VVD sign a new contract then that will come out of the summer transfer budget.

I’d love to sell players like Jota, Diaz, Nunez etc but making massive changes is going to be a big risk.

Makes me laugh keep reading reports we’re going to sign Isak. Apparently back in 2022 the recruiting team wanted him but Klopp & Lijnders chose Nunez, who knows? For me there is bob hope and no hope that we’re going spunk a lot of our budget on one player. If anywhere surely Arsenal will, they did on Rice.

Just watched highlights of Valencia's 2-1 win at Real.
Marmadashvilli saved a penalty and made some very good saves.

He will be a very good back up to Allison next year.. Sell Kelleher for the cash so that we can actually sign someone.

Sell allison instead to saudi before he goes on for free, we'll need every penny we can get to improve the squad

    injured half the time anyway.

Not sure eof your serious here, but Kelleher is 100% going. He isn't hanging around.so keep Allison, unless a massive offer comes in.

Kelleher was shite today should have comfortably saved their third

Mo Jota & Elliott all missed sitters

We GAVE THEM all 3 of their goals too
