To be fair, from our XI today, only Alisson, Virgil, Salah and Gakpo will be first choice starters next season.

A lot of them are failing at that audition and someone else above had it right.
I always have mixed feelings about a whole unit of a side being swapped out. How often is Endo-Elliott-Jones going to be a combo? Whereas one of them might look perfectly fine with two of Szoboszlai-Mac Allister-Gravenberch.

Oh well. Interesting times ahead for sure.

I think that's right. Endo will be the one to go id say. He would have last season had we secured Zubimendi, If we get someone like Stiller I'd expect it to be Endo who makes way. I think we do need a good midfielder so we can have four quality players who we rotate. Fitness and injuries have been kind this season whereas it may not next.
Elliot has proved he can be useful and is English. He has that on his side.
Quansah is one who I'd like to see loaned out to see if he could improve but I expect they'll cash in if someone makes an acceptable offer.

I think Quansah has gone backwards, his decision making is hesitant and laboured, his distribution is basic at best and unfortunately when it come to basic defending, he always seems to be found wanting both physically and pace wise.

So for me loan him out by all means, but personally I dont think he is ever going to a top 4 defender and so on that basis I would happily move him on, along with Tsimikas and Nunez ahead of anybody else…

Reminds me of Declan Rice. when he scores a goal. even if they are losing hes winning..
Cleaning up the Scots since the 13th century
