Steal of a price. Let's hope he's a good signing.

Yep - you never know and every player is a risk - this looks a very good one to take.

Not too much of a risk at that price. Excellent start to the window

He should be excellent, but we will be making tweaks to our system, or asking him to adjust his game.

It can definitely be worked though. Could be a Monster for us.

Like i said the other day Frimpong could play in a 3 in midfield on the right.. Such as the Elliot role when he comes on..
Bradley will probably start the new season at RB..Bring on Frimpong on the right of midfield. and Push Salah central in attacks.
Difference between Elliot and Frimpong. (I believe hes naturally right footed). Elliot always comes inside onto his left. Frimpong can probably go around the side of the full back. and turn the play around.. rather than it all being squashed into the middle. You still have cover at right back with Bradley..

So a normal 4/3/3 to start games and a little change later in games.. will help us against teams that will sit deeper. Which i think will be the case next season.

In regards to the flak I recently took when voicing my concerns over Frimpong, a number of ex players, pundits, journalists etc have voiced similar concerns and opinions to my own.

Hopefully I'm wrong and he's a roaring success for us.

Everyone knows he's not the best at the back, but neither was trent he's attack minded

who would you have ????? who's the perfect player in your mind ?

nice balance to have Bradley and Frimpong.. depending who we play, imo, that's if bradley actually can stay fit for more than 5 games

Who's both very good at the back but good going forward which you need to be sucessful the way we play- ??? unless we should play like UTD ?

Modern day full backs tend to be better at attacking these days, we're far from the arbeloa days ffs

We don't know what Slotts plans are in regards to both Bradley and Frimpong. Do we potentially want somebody blocking Bradley's path into becoming our permanent first choice RB? Neither he nor Frimpong would be happy sitting on the bench, and you'd think that Frimpong has been given or will be given guarantees that he won't be spending much, if any time on the bench. He certainly wouldn't be happy consistently playing second fiddle to both Bradley and Salah.

As for who are currently the best RB's around, I honestly don't know. I've not exactly been keeping tabs on those who play in that particular position. Out of those that I have seen play at least a little bit or have heard good things about, Munoz would be a potential candidate if had to choose a RB, and no I'm not saying that because of his performance today.
