As with the Arsenal game, poor second half. Tsimikas and Elliott again showing why many are linking them with moves away

Mo Salah continues to frustrate, the sitter he missed from 6 yards … dear me.

Konate didn’t exactly show anyone why he should be getting big pay rise. Gravenberch needed a rest months ago but no one to cover for him.

And while not even getting on the pitch, Virgil showed why he’s still so important for us.

As has been the case for a long time, once you go past our first eleven the quality of players at our disposal drops dramatically. This lack of quality is compounded when any of our first eleven are missing either through injury, fatigue, or they are out of form.

Me neither. It's been a disappointing last few games.

should make them all walk home, if you don't want to win don't play, can't get up the field fast enough, can't get back in defense fast enough, one point from the last 3 games

Well, I suppose for us it's a dead rubber. Entertaining game from two sides trying to play football. No shithousery on view anywhere.
You can see Chiesa has technicalskill but I feel he has never adjusted to the physicality of this league.
Harvey Eliot should go now surely.
And Darwin, I forgot he was on the pitch. Did he touch the ball?

Another lost that’s 4, I thought we’re lose 4 or 5 come end of season. Very disappointed with lack of professionalism. I hate losing, I’m a bad loser, I always want to win regardless what I do. It’s just me.

Agree. Some will say they've earned it and I guess they have but the way things have planned out looks a bit unprofessional to me also.
I think these last few games would have been different had we needed results. It just would have been a cherry on top to get the 90 points.

It probably didn't help that Slott intimated that no player would be playing for their future with the club. He should have said that they were, or said nothing at all even if he has already made up his mind as to who he does or doesn't want out of the current squad.

Yep. He's really not all that.
For the money we could get I think there's better defenders.

Lots of work for the 'Transfer Committee' to get to this summer.

If this club is at all serious about us defending this title next year, then there needs to be more serious movement in the window beyond just Frimgpong.

Lots of players have had ample opportunity to show they deserve a shot at a starting spot and have consistently failed to impress.

I'd be movine out the likes of Elliot, Quansah, Kostas, Endo and Jones, as a start, and looking at some more serious replacements.

Chiesa to me seems like someone who needs more game time before we can fully assess whether he'll ever adapt properly to this league, but he does seem to have the techinical nous and skill. But at the same time he also has his shaky injury record against him.
I don't want people in the club riding the physio's bench for most of their stay here.
    We've had enough of that.

Beyond Kerkez I'd be looking at some reinforcements for the frontline and some cover for that midfield DM position and not put so many miles on Grav next season.

    But yeah, lots to do.
