We definitely need another good midfielder and another one or even two attackers who can chip in with goals. Obviously we ain't getting all of them.

I find Slot a enigma as a manager / charra bang coach driver, Either he is very clever or thick as pigshit.
Playing that team is either a ploy to show how bad the squad players are , or he is bat shit crazy.
I have never liked the zonal marking or back four with wing backs. Off the cuff attacks look exciting and also dangerous, and gave Klopp amazing success, which I enjoyed immensely with everyone else.
Slot has continued in the same format but is being found out with playing out from the back with so little movement ahead.
The fact that most teams who played through us, every time with each move, demonstrates Slot's inability to deviate from the zonal/close down from distance approach.

I worry that new improved players coming in with play this way even though it is clearly exposed.

He has been highlighting how shallow the squad is all season. No rotation - at all… This was a perfect way to ram it home. Smart move now the title is won.

The question is - why didn’t he do this when it mattered? We all know the answer.

People are calling for Elliot and Chiesa to start.. they start and we have less physicality in the team..then the manager gets it in the neck for starting them.. our best midfield is Macca Szoboszlai and Gravenberch.. I don't have much hope for Jones right now. hes in his own little world when he plays. we need another centre midfielder.. Elliot is not a starter. so hes gonna have to make a decision if hes happy with being behind other players..

I don't think Konate as been the same player since his injury.. he seems to be very leggy.. something not right there. doubt its contract..

I am very critical of Liverpool NOT to run them down, but because I want them always to be better.
I try to see faults , bad play and common mistakes ONLY to emphasize were we can improve.
OK I am not part of the staff to make things change, it is only my view on the matches as I see it.
