    Absolutely heartbreaking. He was such a good man. Always had time for the supporters, a model professional. Thinking about his family and friends.

    RIP Diogo my thoughts are with all those fortunate enough to have known him closely and spend a great deal of time with him his family friends and team mates

    Oh Diogo!
    My first mental image when I heard the news just now, was of him holding up Luis Diaz shirt after scoring, when Luis was going through that hell.
    That song will be immortalised now.
    RIP Diogo. You gave us so many fantastic moments.
