R.I.P Jota
Apparently, all the lads will be there.
Darwin was already there yesterday for the wake.
They had been heading back to England from their holidays anyway for preseason training that was supposed to start on Monday, but the start of which has now been postponed out of respect to Diogo.
I also read that some of the FSG heirarchy ( Edwards, Hughes, Julian Ward(? I didn't realize he was back with FSG/LFC))are also in Portugal as well - which I suppose means they'll be at the funeral as well.
Former ex-Liverpool player teammates like Fabby and Thiago are also in Portugal and I imagine they'll be at the funeral too. And though he's not been reported to be there (yet), I wouldn't be surprised to hear Bobby joining them as well, as the other portuguese/Brasiliano-speaking ex-teammate who played with him.
Yep - it can be weeks here in England.
Am I the only one who feels surprised and little disappointed with the people who didn’t make it to the funeral. Certain faces I would have thought 100% would have attended. I get it some have really good reasons, but for me if you really do care for someone. You would do whatever possible to make it happen. Am I being harsh?.
Yes, everyone has their reasons Especially if they are on the other side of the world. Or simply can't handle the situation...
We shouldn't judge...
Announcement.!!!
I have some very bad news for all opposing teams this coming season. Liverpool FC are going into cheat mode.
You'll be playing against 12 men at kickoff every game... YNWA
