Teamtalk? It's on!!!!!!! Of course they'd consider offers he's fit 10 games a season.

Give it a rest, the windows just closed

Highly rated player who we were apparently watching when he was at Blackburn. My only problem with him, he’s picks up injuries on a regular basis like Thiago did. So it’s a wait and see if he can stay fit.

seems common though with players who play too much at an early age.. his body is still growing so bound to have physical issues.. Just looked hes not actually played a lot.. But maybe thats cause his body is/was growing..
Hopefully with better training and medical help,he'll be able to play more games in a row.

After each game being played its starting to look like we've spunked 116 million on a luxury player who might not be able to handle pace of the premiership. I wonder what we would look like if instead we spent that money on two quality centre backs. Lost out on Guehi, Leoni out for a year. Left with injury prone and brain fart Gomez & Konate. Virgil, these days seems to be leaning further back in his arm chair. Lets hope buying a luxury player doesn't cost us this season, when most of us were more concerned with lack of centre backs.

CB, 6 and wide forward still needed despite the money spent in the summer

I like the idea of Wirtz and Ekitike.. once the pitches start to get a little slower due to the weather..though the pitches are excellent now.. they still get slower cause of climatic conditions. Wirtz is struggling now. But i think he'll come good as the season goes along.. You just have to accept Palace right now are a very good team. and take it on the chin and move on

yeah i was crying out for that over the summer but instead we spend 200+ million on 2 players, not sure wirtz was needed over other positions but i'm sure he'll come good.

After this summer I think we're going to be limited too, how much we can spend ?

A few have said this and I'm of the same opinion. I have wanted a top cb for the last 2 years. Still can't believe we didn't get the guehi deal done early in the window. And the midfield still needs that proper dm. How often in the last few games can the opposition move unchallenged up to the edge of our area. Is that a tactic?

The wirtz and isak money imo is to build a team for the long term. Get them in, bed them in this season with a long term view for success. But they need to HD up their part and start to show something. It's very early but to win the league we don't have time.

it's also interesting to see most players that we thought was average at best, have ended up not doing to great and dropping down the leagues or a worse quality of leage in another country...

If anything they look better playing for us, than a smaller club, maybe to do with players around them ?

meanwhile many examples of utd players leaving that didn't do much for them and ended up being good... there's some recent examples too, that club is cursed
