Despite being unbeaten in 8 there's not a great deal of difference in our performance. We've obviously been a bit tighter but still look vulnerable in defence and utterly toothless up front.
We were poor today all round but markedly poorer after the first three subs. Wirtz looked miles more of any threat than Gakpo.

Wirtz had a quiet game though he did link up well with Ekitike a few times. If he buries that chance early on then it’s a different game. But that’s football. The subs didn’t do enough. Nice cameo from Rio. The others had no impact.
