Frimpong shouldn't be included in that list. He is a wide player or full back. Not a midfielder. Letting Jones go on loan would be madness. Unless we were to sign 2 cm.

So now the rumours are Jones and slot had a fall out after Bournemouth and Jones was dropped for the CL. Now he is leaving? Unless he is replaced it's a terrible move.

Rumour that Jones and Van Dijk had a bit of a row with Slot after the Bournemouth match, with Van Dijk being "cooler" during it and Jones somewhat losing the rag.
Thought to be part of the reason that it's happening - a push from Slot - will be interesting to see in time if it's utter tripe or a "no smoke without fire" job.
