    Sunderland v Liverpool

No Szobo this is an absolutely must win game a must win game all our remaining games are must win games

    Alisson

    Gomez Konate Van Dijk Robbo

    Gravenberch Mac Allister Wirtz

    Salah Ekitike Chiesa

Get the win play like we did hair the first half hour second half and keep playing like that

Missing our best player, struggling for a right back and a midfield with m oh re holes in it than a colander.

I have no confidence in getting even a point out of this one.

I say this very tongue-in-cheek as the last time I mentioned the issue of "team against" match threads it almost kicked off (not with you to be fair) but there used to be a time where I'd do these threads in 90+ points winning seasons and if we lost, you'd start one superstitiously because I had "lost my touch"

So if you truly are a superstitious man I'd say it's probably time someone else did one - won't be me mind

Jest aside, to say we are desperate for a result is an understatement - whilst I have (pretty much) written off our hopes of Champion's League qualification, we could give ourselves a decent chance again if we won....hmmmm.....five in a row, which I don't foresee - so we will need absolutely everything we can get - and without Szob.

    Fingers crossed!!!

Dont want to see mcallister playing, would be starting endo and playing calvin ramsey, we need the midfield to start tackling

It's actually one win in seven. Could be 7 points off 5th before this game kicks off. It's looking grim

Actually he should play Ramsay at RB Brobby gave Arsenal’s RB and Saliba a torrid time on Sat, we need to press and counter press and block the lines down our right to stop the ball going in to him easy as he’s their agitator who gets the crowd going

We need to play like we’re Liverpool our midfield isn’t bad at all Macca created a couple of chances and would have made it 2-2 but for a worldlie save by their keeper

Who else forced a save? Not Teacake, not Mo, not Wirtz, not Gakpo, not Grav

Wouldn't have Mac Allister anywhere near the starting line-up.

We're down to the absolute barebones now.

Let's see what Ramsay can do.
