Dear mods I seem to remember a ban on threads over a certain length please remove the Slot express thread as you have other legitimate ones

I feel the thread given when posted and who by is an effective “At the wheel” thread that has no place here


Either or you’ve removed a lot of very good threads on length and that isn’t in that category

The ban on super threads was lifted. Threads are deleted but based on the last posts/age. So in time that thread will close, and then be removed at a later date.

So unless Gary, or someone else has archived deleted threads, then they are inaccessible to us.
I believe someone on here previously, had archived your mirror training thread and posted the link but that thread would not be on the forum anymore.

You're not supposed to start threads about gripes with a poster. Although not a mod myself, I think you've enough padding to be safe on that charge

Right, enough of the negativity doing the rounds. If you want to moan, there are plenty of other threads for that. This is a positive space for those of us who actually want to support the manager.

Let's get some perspective here, Slot won the league last season. That earns him the right to time and patience while he rebuilds this squad properly. We have a lot of new players to integrate. Rome wasn't built in a day.

And before anyone starts with the "but we're playing rubbish" nonsense, we haven't even seen the final picture yet. We need to see Kerkez, Isak, Wirtz, Frimpong, Ekitike, and Leoni all on the pitch together before anyone can properly judge what Slot is building here. You don't assess a puzzle when you've only got half the pieces on the table.

Arne will have his vision of the future. He's shown he can win trophies. He's rebuilding with purpose. So how about we get behind him instead of writing him off before the project is even complete?

If you can't be positive, scroll past. I realise that rules out 90% of the forum but we need to move beyond all the moaning. It's killing this place.

I'd suggest that's quite the opposite of an at the wheel thread, which usually is for united managers doing shite & having a laugh at their expense.

2 losses v Bournemouth & Cituae

We'd be 2nd on 51 points & trailing Arsenal on 54 points.
