Ergo, if Kerkez is putting in standard displays that Robbo did, hes matching arguably the best left back in the PL era.
Assisted the opener, key pass for the second, feisty throughout and an important player in developing the play.

All relative to set up and other factors too I guess
Others were marginally better defensively but none come close to him with the ball for me including taking part in making the play at times

If it was Robbo last night he'd have got a 9 for that performance too. Easy.

Not really, it’s just what we always expected from Robbo, both halves too, Kerkez was a lot quieter second half
Really pleasing performance though, that’s what giving your other LB a game and then setting the standard does

Yes really. I can separate the performance from the player. Maybe you can't.

I can, a lot of ppl don’t believe you can change your mind on a player which I find staggering, critiquing a player, that player then improving where you thought they needed to and becoming a much better player that you really rate instead of them just being potential is one of the best things about football
