That’s certain then. NO TRANSFER funds this Summer. Welcome to a period of utter mediocrity.

    Summer fucked in April.
    Oh well,...

That's another season flushed down the drain, then.

It's sad that our only hope as a club now is that we have such a disastrous start to next season - with performances so dire and crowds actively keeping away from Anfield or loudly booing them, that the club are forced to act and get rid before the season gets completely fucked altogether.

Except that by then it will have been too late to get any number of the quality managers that would likely have been there for the picking this summer and who will no doubt not sit around waiting for a call if an offer comes in to manage them.
And we certainly aren't getting lucky again with a Klopp-type taking a sabbatical away from football who jgets convinced to take over.

I'm convinced we're never winning anything with this Dutch fraud in charge of our club and I don't care what any of his supporters or the FSG defenders say.
This news was most certainly leaked by the club insiders to tamp down expectations and to soften the blow because they know it's not a popular decision and on top of the tick prices being raised people are angry at what's going on.

And on that day when they do decide to get rid of him when they finally realize what everyone else with an ounce of sense caught on to over a year earlier, he shouldn't leave on his own but with all of them that thought it smart to keep him on longer.
I don't care if their names or Hughes or Edwards.

Circus of a club... Has helped us a shit ton though. Roman was the best thing that ever happened to them.. for now a least they don't seem a threat at all.

    Blimey

Iraola, Fabregas, Simeone, Glasner among the favourites with honourable mention to Frank Lampard of course.

While I don't think he would, I personally wouldn't even hesistate throwing even Xabi into that pile of potential candidates.

As long as LFC act like they good and aren't going to be looking for an improvement themselves, why not?
He is after all one of the top young(ish) managers out there with proven title-winning experience in different top leagues.

Chelsea have sacked two managers this season, ......as have the Spuds (....though to no positive effect), and the Mancs one,.....

Meanwhile, we're sticking with the drab cowardly football guy for next season.

Bayern Munich have reached an agreement with Anthony Gordon and have begun negotiations with Newcastle United over signing the England forward, 25. (Bild - in German)

We can't be in for him.. so looks like Gakpo and Rio for that spot next season
Cleaning up the Scots since the 13th century
