Am i wrong in feeling that almost anyone would be better than slot?
We have some good players and funds to add to them, just need a manager to lift the players and be prepared to change formation and not stick because scared to use 'klopps' 4 3 3.
Its not klopps 4 3 3 its just 4 3 3,imo being accused of winning title with klopps team got under slots skin.

Slot is just an Eredivisie manager who walked into Klopp 2.0. It’s not his fault he is out of his depth, And I believe we could easily do worse BUT little will change until the clowns above him go…That ridiculous buffer to distance the owners further from the fans needs binning.

They own the club. So far not a penny more than the £300 million invested. Every penny on infrastructure out of club revenue. Now that’s great for shills across the water who’ve never even sat on the Kop - but for the real fans who are paying for this out of their own pocket… It’s a swindle.

How many of you have missed the fact that the holy trinity was ripped up by the frauds from Boston? Done in. the shadow of Klopp’s departure. Proper sneaky💩

Actually admired slot last season, always going to be hard stepping into klopps shoes but thought slot got it spot in.
He didnt hit transfer market,he stuck with what worked, letting players get used to him not stirring things up and went with the flow but then he allowed "winning it with klopps side" to get in his head, got shut of players who where what liverpool was about nunez, elliot, got players in for his change of formation which had a knock on effect on players he had.
Macallistair was noted as being slow when he arrived and not suited to a 6,looked like wirtz would force sozbo out and started trying to squeeze him in to team.
I like ekitikie and no problem with going for isak but should have kept nunez and gone for replacement for diaz instead of ekitikie.

When It seemed he was tweaking Klops methods in ye old Boot Room style, I thought for once the top brass at a football club are using their brains.

but the problem is all these managers nowadays who have their FUKING RIDICULOUS SYSTEMS.......

But the people paid the bucks to appoint the right people have so much to answer for.

When you interview the dood and he says I've looked at your players and i have worked out a system that will suitthe players you have.....that's who you employ ....

Not the joker who says...I was successful with this system previously so that's what i will impose on the players you have here!!!!

I just cant get my head round it!

Whoever comes in next just make sure Klopp is brought in as director of football!

Would be interesting to hear people's shortlists, assuming Klopp and most likely Enrique aren't coming here.

Hoeneß, Fabregas and Farioli all tick certain boxes for me - but all 3 are lads I would like to see in one more job first in an ideal situation.

Saying that, if we appointed any of the 3 of them this Summer, I'd be pretty happy.

It's a shame that Slot has shown himself unable to produce what he managed with Feyenoord, or replicate last season - and the lack of cohesion with the previous rendition of Liverpool when it comes recruitment was troubling.

We'll see an immidiate improvement with anyone who doesn't push his defensive midfielders into attacking positions at every opportunity.

On more than one occasion vs Villa there were momemts where MacAlister was pressing the keeper and Grav following up on the centre half. Both were the furthest players forward when the opposition had the ball in their own box. Absolutely mental.

I think this is very charitable. He had no choice. Was told by his masters there would be no changes to the squad. Also he had the team rallied and pumped to go again by the master who left his post early. Don't forget that was Klopp 2.0 in it's second season and no injuries. AND how unique and fortunate was Arne..? Serenaded by Klopp - Given his own song... Nah nah nah nah nah...to the Kop and the other 3 stands...This is why the team stuck together and with the coach for the next 7-8 months. The connection between manager - players and fans - was put there by the great German. Slot barely did a thing.

It seems clear - at least at this moment in time - that what looked like a brilliant tweak - to preserve injuries and take the foot off just a touch - was simply the slow machine change in style and intensity from Heavy Metal to the clown trousers - that emerged at the back end of last season and grew into this one.

Why don't you apply jozza..? Seriously - it seems so simple to fix....

...Or maybe we pull in Roy Evans?
