The whole isak saga is starting to leave a nasty taste, not keen on players who behave badly to force a move as you cant trust them not to act up if he wants a move from liverpool down the line.
He's a newcastle player and should be loyal untill anything happens between clubs.
The club let him down by not giving him the new contract they promised him. He told the club last year that 24/25 would be his last season there and now, through even more incompetence they canāt get a striker to sign for them and heās stuck.
Do you not think Newcastle are culpable in this whole debacle?
I would suggest the clubās behaviour is in no small part, the reason why so many players have turned them down this summer.

Lucky for them they don't still have that sports retail company - Mike Ashley was it?
telegraph report that newcastle owners have said isak will not be allowed to leave this summer and in september a new contract with release clause will be put to the player.isak is not happy.
wouldnt be surprised if he ends up at Al-Hilal,
If he was going nowhere he'd surely be training with the team and be part of the squad I think.
Posturing from them until they bring someone in to replace him?

You could say we've made this situation ourselves. Surely if Ekitike had signed for Newcastle Isak would be at Liverpool now but we took him from under their noses.
Did we really need Ekitike? Probably not as there's other options we could have looked at and everyone is a little perplexed as to where he fits in at the moment, it's a lot to pay for a backup if that's what he's going to be granted he can play in different positions.
Seems a bit underhanded overall and I'm not keen on how we've gone about this.
We hate it when Real do it but we've pretty much done the same.
