We apparently interviewed him and he was steadfast in the 3 at that back and that was enough for the club and secondly going to West-ham at the same time was the icing on the cake. his ego is massive. to think he will stick with a formation that doesn't work.over the club he manages,. shows hes no intent of listening to anyone..
