I don't understand how some heads have not rolled behind the scenes yet, I guess and hope they'll leave with Slot eventually, if slot does go.

Youths a joke, set pieces are a joke- defending is a joke- attacking is a joke, transfer staff are a joke (Even if we scored 3 yesterday normally look clueless and leeds helped us a bit in all honesty), all have coaches that work on this stuff what the fuck are they doing ?

Yes slot manages the team, but what the fuck they doing behind the scenes? having a piss up every day or what ?

To top it all off, even the clubs turning into a joke in general to other fans, especially now thanks to salah.. bet newcastle fans are thinking Karma and loving it.

The team were so used to each other and the style that perhaps any manager might have won the league last season. Especially with Arsenal and City having poor ones and dropping out so early.

I also feel like the players see through him, his tactics and perhaps the treatment towards some.

It lasted 6/7 months and then - you could argue Slot ball started to get into the system.

Thing is - despite deficiencies in a few areas we failed to address, we signed quality footballers. There is no way you can tell me they cannot be amalgamated into a side capable of top four from this point on. This is the issue for Arne... You expect new signings to take time, but you don't expect your key players - backbone of what won the title.. the stalwarts... to go to shyte at the same time.. This is the thinking and forms the bigger question the owners will be asking..

Yes he has said that. Both can be true though? If we believe everything being reported, then slot has been told to not play mó. Again all rumours.

None of us will know what's happening. My last post was all rumour mill stuff from the itk people. It's been reported by a few so probably some truth to it. The upper wants to cash in.

There is some very good ‘next level’ football developing under Slot. Yes I know it’s only Pre season friendly etc… but still.

It is a different approach to Klopp’s. Not massively but it is different - dare I say it, a more compete form of the game. It would be magic if we could become adept enough at it to mount a title challenge with this style. Not expecting that at all this season.

But the early signs are very encouraging
