Obviously we need more cover in midfield. you can't press for 90 minutes+ no matter what Nineteenx claims. We pressed a lot in the first half cause Wolves sat deep.. but in the second half the game opened up . meant we had to run more. trying to close the attacks. thats where you take off 2 midfielders and have fresh legs. we had no one really to come on so kept the midfield we had all game.

It's not the players (though Macca is really struggling atm).

The set up is just absolutely borked.

I noticed we went back to just pushing everyone forward and having them all stood. In a line on the edge of the oppos 18yd box.

There's very little synergy to any of it. And there's been very little of it all season.

Quality all round. Great run from Kerkez to pull the defender away. Great run from Wirtz into the space. Beautiful pass from Hugo and a lovely touch and finish from the main man.

But don't let that stop you moaning about how shit we are. Carry on.

Just forgot to mention all the work by Hugo to take a drab ball - beat his man all ends up then stand up 2 before slotting the perfect ball for a simple finish.
