Agree about Leverkusen. He did a fantastic job there. Still failed when he stepped up to Madrid though. He could still do well at LFC but it's risky.

It does appear to be a kind of player revolt against him and his style of management. That's from certain media reports anyway.
Probably too big a job at this point for him, there's very little room for error and it must be a task in itself managing those ego players, I'd add Vinicius to the two you mention aswell.

Next...

You'd hope maybe the owners would see how things worked when they went and got Klopp. It makes a huge difference to get a top class manager. Not saying Alonso is there yet but he was impressive in Germany. Madrid is a tough ask for any manager. Many have "failed" there. Hope they get their acts together and negotiate for Alonso to come in in the summer.....now that would be a good outcome after this season of garbage.....
