Notable that De Bruyne played right side of a three moving into the space the forwards stretched for him a great deal

For me Wirtz will be far far better coming into the space from LCM to try and play through 3 forwards and link with them

And Robbo was in that LCM slot a lot with Wirtz roaming from there as Coutinho did

I quite enjoyed the post match presser. Arne tries to explain himself a bit better. I'm not sure it will work and people will always criticise things that he says. But I liked his honesty here and self-awareness.

I'm not a fan of his latest comment about about being happy to be in the last 16 cos we were in the europa 2 years ago. He is really referencing our downsides to justify this season. Not a good look for him, imo.

Yeah I think what he was trying to say is we have faced adversity before and thus seeing it again at some stage is "normal" but it didn't come out right - there will probably even be people who take it as a pop at Klopp's campaign that season.

I've largely switched off to the pressers of late to be truthful. Just desperate for us to somehow juggle finishing 4th (the Mancs have 10 more points than us over the last 28 games, Chelsea have 8 more) and a deep run in the Champion's League.

Have by no means given up on winning the Champion's League - Rafa's 04/05 side finished behind Everton yet still won the thing.
