J C on Sky stated that Rio did more in fifteen minutes than Cody and Mo did all game. He's not far wrong. That result may have saved Arne's bacon. The football from us was dire, mind.

It might have saved his bacon for now, but unless he wins the CL or effectively wins almost all of our league games between now and the end of the season, he and his bacon should be cooked.

Yesterday was poor. We defended well overall so there is that.

The previous 3 or 4 games we've played pretty well. This is what it will be till the end of the season. Some decent performances and some average ones. We're not magically going to transform into world beaters.

The main thing is to pick up enough points to get top 5, then strengthen in the summer. And more importantly get our injured players fit again. Frimpong, Isak, Bradley, Leoni, even Wirtz.

It looks like wirtz and eritikie need each other,wirtz wasnt great in fa cup when ekitikie was benched and ekitikie dropped deeper without wirtz.

Wirtz out for West ham. Frimpong is back.

Yes. I can't see why we would persist with Slot next season if there are other options available. This season has been a disaster and it looks like the job is too big for him. To be fair he's had bad luck with injuries too but we probably had some good luck last season where key players stayed fit all season.

Arne has been very unlucky with injuries this season. He alluded to that in the press conference. Isak, Leoni & Bradley all basically out for the season. Now Wirtz is down.

Results are all that matter at this point of the season. But the make up of the side still isn't right.

The midfield (as it has been all season) is still all over the place.

PSG midfield will be licking their lips to go up against ours!

Think we just have to accept that we'll have games like Forest where we struggle to create much and games like today where we score plenty. The team is what it is now. Having Frimpong, Isak and Wirtz back will help.

As you say results are what matter until the end of the season. Still plenty to play for.
