      • Whilst there are no guarantees, Leeds must surely be feeling pretty confident that they're staying in the Premier League.

        • Let’s see what Zebedeee gets for the Spuds up against his former club… Vital game for them - 0:0 at present

          • Porro puts Spurs one up and he should have had another. Mitoma, who I wanted instead of Mac Allister from Brighton, scores a cracking equaliser.

            • Tottenham retake the lead by a quality Simmons goal.

              • Router scores in added on time. Spurs had a warning a few seconds earlier, after which Di Zerbi was going mental on the touchline.

Next up Chelsea v Man Utd

                    We could be 3rd tomorrow!

                    • Chelsea 0-1 Man Utd HT

Well, better for us if Chelsea don't win this.

                      • Yep a draw would be decent too

Ah well, we won't go 3rd tomorrow but we could go 4th - and Sunderland would leapfrog Chelsea!

If we win tomorrow (don't fancy it, but we'll see) then we will have a 7-point cushion over Chelsea.

In terms of our desire to play in the Champion's League next season, it's a good result. Naturally I would like the Mancs to be finishing 6th or lower, but it has probably given us another 5% or so towards our own ambitions of being present in the competition next season, which we need.

Yeah, a good result, we need to worry about ourselves and win a few games.

Indeed we do - though I don't think it's going to take very much in terms of points for us.

Champion's League qualification "races" are so ridiculously messy compared to those for the title.

If we get points at a remotely similar rate to Chelsea and manage to avoid defeat to them at Anfield we should squeak it and then we can put this season behind us.

Probably the least fun we've had watching Liverpool since the 14/15 season and the 15/16 spell before Klopp's arrival.
