Doubt it.Originally posted by jozza800 View PostBoth Guardiola and Klopp would have had multiple league titles with this Arsenal side. Arsenal have a good side and a good squad but have an 'avoid defeat' manager rather than a 'win' manager.
To be successful you need good scouting / transfers, good players and a good manager.
They've wasted tonnes of money on transfers.
Put together a shit forward line and failed to buy a player better than Saka, who seems to have been run in to the ground at a young age.
Artetas built a great defensive unit, and he obviously has some good man management skills, keeping players he'd inherited like Saliba & Saka at Arsenal.

Crystal Palace v West Ham
West Ham United have won five of their last 11 Premier League matches (drawing three).
Since 17 January, only four teams have picked up more points than the Hammers - or scored more goals.
Can the Hammers soften up Palace before their trip to Anfield at the weekend?

2 wins and 2 draws in the last 5 League games for West Ham now.Originally posted by Daffydd View PostPalace 0-0 West Ham FT

What a time to be finding the capacity to get results.
Still only the 2 points clear of Spurs so it would only take a 1-game swing for it to change drastically down there, but 8 points from 15 available for West Ham versus 2 points from 15 available for Tottenham is quite the difference.
West Ham's task looks simple on paper - match Tottenham's points tally over a 5-game spell and you stay up. I look at their fixtures though and they've not got it easy.
Tottenham's fixtures aren't great either, but they get to play Wolves next and if they can get a win against anyone, then surely - SURELY it's Wolves.
So it's easy to envisage Tottenham being a point ahead of West Ham with 4 games to go.
Going to be tight - could very well be a last day job this season!Last edited by Insidious; 21 April 2026, 08:01 AM.Your hobbies are rollerblading and you're also a bit of a rat-hound? Steel Wool

Yeah, Spurs could go ahead of West Ham now but I'm not convinced they will beat Wolves easily.Originally posted by Insidious View Post2 wins and 2 draws in the last 5 League games for West Ham now.

I wonder how focussed Spurs players will be now that they will be getting offers to jump ship in the summer window.
