Agreed. I've dropped Sobozla who I am generally full of praise for. But he was awful v PSG in the first half and much of that was down to our structure/shape. It and he killed us.
So I've opted for Jones over him with the intent of not letting that happen again. Sobozla in from the bench 2nd half & a 442 mainly for shape.

As good as Macca and Grav have been this season, i think they are not the quickest or the most mobile and against PSG i think it was this lack of athleticism and numbers that exposed us last week, so rather than dropping Szobo, I would rather drop him back into midfield with another body and play a more rigid 4-4-2, with Probably Nunez and Salah up front…


Hey ho not long now, we will soon find out how Arne has planned to resolve the issues we had with PSG’s set up and performance last week….fingers crossed Arne will surprise us all and especially PSG..ending up with a very positive outcome..🤞👊

I'm only bothered because i can't see us going out to villa next round, so get past PSG in the semis in my head anyway, obviously not but yeah.

Villa quater final champions league ain't a bad draw at all... then semis prob v real win that, no reason we can't win the final but i doubt it.

This is about the same for me. Obviously want to win this and hopefully go on to win the CL but the title.. number 20.. Have been waiting for what seems an eternity to make that magic number - one many of us felt would be achieved by the mid 1990's..
