Will Wright almost done - a 17-year old from Salford.

Glad we are still keeping up our investment in young players to supplement first-team activity. Hopefully we can continue to have more Joe Gomez/Raheem Sterling/Harvey Elliott type signings over the coming years.

Going by the rumours, liverpool have serious interest in isik and ready with a big offer but wont make a bid unless newcastle change there "not for sale "stance.
Dont think liverpool will wait to long before moving on and newcastle may only have a few days to decide.

Exerting pressure on Newcastle no doubt.

He has a lot going for him (Ekitike) but my word, if Darwin's finishing annoys people, Ekitike will have them pulling their hair out.

Aye really hoping this is a bluff, I'm not excited by this at all.

I agree. But the difference is Darwin's confidence has gone. If we kept him and he had a couple of bad games early doors, he would be done for the season, with the fans and with himself.
Ekitike is younger, his confidence must be on the up, with all those suitors. Maybe van Bronckhorst can train him up a bit on finishing (and scoring bullets from 40 yards)

Just reading the comment section on the BBC from the article about how can Liverpool afford Isak etc etc.. The opposition fans are really deluded ain't they? Villa fans complaining.. Is it OUR fault over 90% of their income goes on wages alone?

Playing for Salford he could well be a Utd fan, so choosing anyone but us wouldn’t be a surprise
