Stating that Arteta overtook Klopp in the league table is a fact, not an opinion on who is the 'better' coach.
The reason for that overtake is the substance you're ignoring: Backing.
The fact is Arteta has averaged well over £80 million per transfer window net - Klopp had less than £40 million a season. It’s half the backing from an already lower net spend which predated Mikel up at the Arsenal.
You can list 'expensive signings' all you want, but the Net Spend data proves Klopp was operating with one hand tied behind his back compared to the investment Arsenal put into their rebuild. Klopp’s squad was running on fumes after winning everything, while Arteta was allowed to spend heavily to refresh. Ignoring that financial handicap is where the real lack of integrity lies.
