    I think it is.

Do we know where the paltry £10m goes to?

Grassroots football or a worthy charity I expect?

Yes - my first thoughts too. They're setting the precedent. Laying the groundwork. Whatever you want to call it. No question.

That has always been in the back of mind as a tiny possibility, but I think that hope is tempered somewhat by Edwards still being at the club. It is well known that he and Klopp didn't get on.

Anyone considered Hughes might have gone to oath the way for Jurgens return

Another 3 seasons, then he becomes sporting director and his system made the club system

It is 100% an indication of what will happen to City, or should that be not happen to City. The premier league are pure shithouses.

I'm not sure he could have done that much more damage if he had purposely tried to screw things up.

Well he let Diaz go and shouldn’t have, spent an absolute fortune on recruitment but left the squad very unbalanced and is now struggling to persuade Konate to sign a contract.

That’s quite an effort in such a short space of time.

Daveockop reporting that Richard Hughes has reached agreement to join Al Hilal in the summer.

It appears many will get their wish in having him replaced.
