I said a while ago that deals seem to be taking ages to get done. Frimpong was quick, Kerkez took a month. Ekitike was "done by the weekend" but it was into the middle of next week. Even outgoings Nunuz, Doak, Elliott, so on that basis we are either working behind the scenes or we've already run out of time.

We are in danger of being overstocked and players not even making the bench.
If we buy guehi we will have 5 cbs and gomez & leoni wont make bench.
Buying isak and talk of chiesa & elliot staying and young rio pushing for a place,would mean 2 of them sitting games out.
Tsimikas has been pushed out.

Maybe I'm missing something but why couldn't the pl allow teams to increase the bench numbers to 14 to allow more choice for the managers. Would keep the whole squad motivated on match days

I would ignore the video where the press claim he says he chooses Beckham and says the words “United fan” while on TV because it’s indecipherable as to whether he is saying Beckham because he is a United fan or because he isn’t.

The understanding I have had for more than 18 months is that he Loves Liverpool and the picture of him in a Liverpool kit was from years ago.
