Garcia was good but very hit and miss. He'd have one great game then go missing for the next 6. Doesn't happen with Wirtz. He is pure quality in most games, even when he doesn't score or assist.

Whether we needed him of not is another matter but he’s here now, young and a quality player so we might as well get behind him rather that critique every misplaced pass / shot.

He was excellent for 50mins. Then we lost all control of the game and we stopped playing through him.

I'm sick of seeing the midfield completely vacating the middle of the park.

Six goal contributions in the last seven (?) matches now, so fair play to him.

Could really use any attacking threat we can get in the side right now, be that through better build-up or better individual performances.

So few of our players are really "at it" often enough these days and too frequently we see players being good for 50-60 minutes and then railing off a bit.

The unbeaten run is welcome but needless to say there are far too many draws and we still look too toothless.

He is looking like the player we expected. He IS doing his job. Now imagine him with Diaz front and left of him. These numbers for him and the team especially are likely far better still.
