He's playing like someone whose best days are behind him and who is on the permanent decline. Happens to the best of them.

      • Yes but then you could say the same about us as a team too.. That our best days are behind us.

        Liverpool last 20 prem games....

        24 points from 60

        6 wins
        6 draws
        8 defeats

Just as it’s possible and we hope that we pick up - Mo’s form just might also. I know it’s looking increasingly unlikely but you never know.

        • Picking a subset of games is meaningless. Leagues are played over a well defined season. Let's see where we are come May.

If it's outside the top 6 then you can wet the bed as much as you like.

          • Boring obvious shill

So company man or paid for Manc influencer to try and run us down getting the weak minded to support the unacceptable

            • Incentivised for certain. Has no argument left nor defence. It’s gone from Champions defending a title - to “outside the top 6…”

We could finish nearer the bottom than the top but it will still be Mo who gets it. Hasn’t even got the decency to notice that Mo’s loss of form coincides with ours. The fella that has so often carried us is fair game but Slot is off limits… As for ‘Hedwards’ and the owners… They are beyond reproach.

              • Nice try. But Ekitike and Wirtz have stepped up in Mo's absence. Nothing to do with overall team form.

Our play has gotten much better in recent weeks but Mo's form is still horrible. Some people just can't accept that his best days are behind him. A bit like Wirtz, you'll catch up eventually. Give it 6 months.

                • We all know Mo’s form is horrible - and we all notice you keep pointing it out.,. Yet strangely you won’t broach the fact that our form is diabolical. WHY is that? As if we don't know.

39 points after 25 games.? Only 24 points out of our last 20 games? A title defence surrendered in November - a top 4 race all but done in early Feb… Despite a record outlay. Yet the defender of the faith remains stoic on the decisions made by Hogan - Edwards - Hughes and Slot… while overly keen to stick the boot into the fella that has been the spearhead of so muany of the successes Klopp brought to the club - including last seasons title.

                  Pat yourself on the back..

                  • Our results haven't been good enough and our form for most of the season has been poor. Happy now? I'm sure I've said that before.

I can understand why we're struggling though. That's the difference. Many of our experienced players are either in poor form themselves or in permanent decline. Add in new players trying to settle and constant injuries and it's not a surprise to me. As I keep saying, if you can't see that stuff then you're watching the wrong sport. Which is most fans unfortunately.

I want to see this team play a number of games together before I go deciding that the manager is crap.

                    Alisson

                    Frimpong Konate VvD Kerkez

                    Grav

                    Slobo Jones

                    Wirtz

                    Ekittike Isak

How many times have we seen those players on the pitch at the same time this season? Can't be a lot. Then I want to see us strengthen the wide areas in the summer and bed in one of the new defenders.

I remain positive and refuse to get drawn into the negativity. Slot won the league last season. That will do for me. When his time is up the club will make the decision. Until then I'll continue to support him and the team.

                    • I'd say Mo Salah had far more to do with it.. maybe you need to offer him the same support.. I'm sure he reads your waffle

Think his head is already in Saudi, could've waited until lend of the season for that news though.

                          • It's just sad watching this version of Salah. A pale shadow of the player he has been for us.

I still think Salah will come good. Don't believe it's sudden age, he's a specimen, it's psychological, he'll sort himself out.

                              • I'm not sure. He looks to have lost a yard of pace and that makes all the difference.
