    This.

We were not a threat to them in open play.

Everyone's going to forget that little bit of factoid under the cloud of that chaotic finish.

    • Slot is the Head Coach.

He coaches the players, he picks the team and the tactics. We have been so bloody awful this season it’s not about individual errors it’s about the way we go out and play, under instruction from the Head Coach.

This season IS on the manager.

We have continually failed to see games out dropping innumerable points in injury time. Hammered at home by the likes of Forest and PSV.

Failed to beat ANY of the 3 promoted teams at Anfield for the first time in God knows how long.

And now looks unlikely we will qualify for the Champions League.

        • Amazing how people blame Slot today, having taken a lead and then to capitulate in that manner, that's on the lads on the pitch.

Imagine someone in the crowd were to inflate a beach ball and it happened to make it's way onto the pitch, leading to a deflected goal!

Of course, that would never happen.

First time in 9 years we’ve lost at home after leading

Were joint top on the number of goals ever conceded after the 90th minute this season

Slot should have gone by the end of October I have no doubt if he had that we’d be in the title race now

It is on the manager We absolutely stopped pressing and counter pressing and using that as our first means of defence from the front when he changed the style to over passing

We’ve let in probably more then either late goals through dropping off and not doing those things

THAT is what has wrecked our season

                • No major complaint but Ekitike should have scored 2 today, and arguably Wirtz should have scored 1.

                  • Slot doesn't seen to have any passion. This is just another job to him.

The lads on the pitch did a Kev0

Some of them highly experienced and in the "leadership group"...

                      • It's all the players fault. When we won the title last season - it was Slot's genius - even though they were all Klopp's players...now this season when so mahy have. gone to shyte...it's their fault naturally and Slot is blameless.

                        You get the picture.

Our mental fragility is on Slot and the players. Our levels of resilience and mental fortitude are getting worse under Slot, not better. If he can't halt that decline and instill the required levels of resilience into our players, he shouldn't be our manager.

                          • Arsenal seem a bit easier to take winning it now as we didn't see them celebrate in either PL game against us.

Can't say I blame him at this point.

Something rotten within camp over the season, I'd suggest we can call it VVD, Konate, MacA & Salah in terms of players within the camp. Maybe Jotas death playing a part, I certainly soured on Diaz over it myself.

Alonso waiting in the wings, and largely players getting a pass as people want Slot out.

If I'm Alonso, VVD would be here next season.
Sell Salah. Sell Maca. Konate is going on a FT.
And anyone of those 4 still here next season would be spoken to about their conduct/performances this season.

I've a lot of sympathy for Slot in ways. His season at LFC seems very similar to Alonso's at Real. Let down by players.

                              • Slot really should have gone by the end of October

                                Need a 433 manager

We have more good chances to be fair Ekitije should have scored 2 Wirtz 1 and Salah 1

They didn’t have many great chances

Why Dortmund are still going strong is every manager after Jurgen has embraced what he created and left and it has lived on

Here Slot had been damaging the very fabric of it, exciting attack football and players running through bricks walls for the shirt

That’s what all fans want to see and they all get behind the team win lose or draw as long as thry have done that and gave that mentality about them as they did Jurgen’s first few seasons he was building up getting players he needed in
