Silly shit i've seen with FSG in charge over the years, wouldn't happen at other clubs, players like Kabak Davies Rhys williams having to start..... or not signing a player desperately need cover or for a position......

Agree with the sentiment….but only if we swap ‘manager’ for ‘management.’ We’ve moved away from the traditional British "Gaffer" and adopted a US/European structure. It’s a world away from what we know

To my eyes, this squad looks weaker on paper than the one Klopp handed over and let’s be honest…even that title-winning side is unlikely to lift the trophy without City’s collapse and Arsenal’s injury crisis. Slot was dealt a great hand by Jurgen and he enjoyed plenty of fortune last season. Into 2025/26 and he has been dealt a tough hand in the first year of a brand-new system, trying to balance a huge outlay against a squad that’s lost its balanceComment
