Could well be. Some big club might want to give De Zerbi a chance to prove himself. I'd rather it wasn't us.

We gave Slot a chance not like winning a title in the Dutch league is all that

Klopp won it in Germany and went toe to toe with Bayern despite their massive advantages

Slot got given a chance a fucked it up second season ditching a highly successful model for one he’d never played as a manager it really was fantasy manager

        • Except it’s not all good we’re stifling the talents of several players and picking up fewer points per games than Hodgson

And Kev, he’s trying to adopt a system he’s never played as a manager before, that Guardiola was the master of and had to give up after 2020 and they had De Bruyne, David Silva, Bernardo Silva and Rodri all making the play and Mahrez as the lightning winger with quality delivery to release and Agguerro was a fox in the box as was Silva

They played a bit of direct through Mahrez at times, used the switches often and really well and had several players making the play with their own unique abilities not trying to make it all go through one

And they had to give it up having played it successfully for years because….

Through Jurgen arriving in the Prem lots more teams got really good at the press and counter press and setting traps to win it and counter successfully and at the low block

It’s too slow even played at tempo, too predictable and easy to adjust the low block against with no switches or direct play and trying to make all the play go through one player and we have too many in the box including our own players blocking our own potential lines and none of them are fix in the box players

Wise words. I doubt you’ll get many disagreeing with Klopp.

Yeah Klopp has always backed him, sadly some so called fans have let him down within 3 months of slot being here.

19x is the biggest troll here, he's so good he doesn't even know he's trolling, some of the things he comes out with, has to be a troll.

                Tick tock.

                  1. Has consistently got players to play at a higher level than before

                  2. At Brighton set up 433 and transitioned from there to numerous different formations in game as we did under Jurgen and Slot last season.

                  3. Has a really strong mix of a passing game and playing direct when it’s on, uses the switches a lot when play has been condensed in an area

                  4. Really strong track record in developing younger players

Will probably be more demanding about being backed which is likely the main reason Slot for the job ahead of him
Tell me more about the advantages De Zerbi has over Slot.

                        • Remembering the huge gulf in class between our league and our players and theirs

Is Slit giving youth a chance?

Good tonight, what I’ve been asking for

Needs to do that v low block release the wide players early when they’re in space

The trick is also not to over commit thinking that will bring the breakthrough it make it lesss likely

                          • As a reminder JokeShop and you said it yourself ‘Frimpong has the freedom of the right flank’ and how many times did we turn down the chance to release him at all never mind early when he was in space?
